解决 EA AntiCheat Launcher is already running 并且进程崩溃问题的个人经验：

从C:\Program Files\EA\AC目录运行EAAntiCheat.Installer，删除EAAntiCheat
重启电脑
关闭360
到D:\Steam\steamapps\common\FIFA 23\__Installer\EAAntiCheat重新安装EAAntiCheat
打开steam
管理员权限打开Origin
从Origin运行FIFA23
依然提示 EA AntiCheat Launcher is already running ，关掉。
EAAnticheat读蓝条完毕
成功进入游戏
