WANNA PLAY SOME KOF?

The single best JRPG I've ever played in my life. It's like a warm hug in video game form. All of the characters were wonderful and the soundtrack is fantastic. A masterpiece from beginning to end. Thank you Atlus.

The Games are all great, especially Super Turbo, Alpha 2, 3 and Third Strike. The problem is for $40 AUD this is as bare bones as you could possibly get. This wouldn't be so bad if the netcode wasn't garbage and the online wasn't dead as a doornail. If you like these games, just get them on Fightcade and save yourself the money. Otherwise spend it on USFIV or ♥♥♥♥ even V now, at least they have bigger playerbases.

With its simple layout, barebones presentation and stripping fighting games down to the most basic mechanics, Footsies isn't for everyone. I get the appeal, but all the stuff like frame data and whiff punishing doesn't do much for me. I feel games like Skullgirls, Tekken 7 or Guilty Gear Xrd do a much better job of teaching players the fundamentals of fighting games with their tutorial modes. That being said, for $6 this isn't the worst game out there. If you're more of an FGC guy, you'll definitely get a kick out of it. I kinda just prefer my fighting games to be more colourful and animated tbh.
