Great job so far!!! Check out structure saver 2.0 you can copy and paste structures at any angle, so you can do things you'd never thought possible before, for example you can make the main tower roof, which before you never could have done! Turn on the ini setting that allows ckf:r ceilings to be foundations, and tweak a few other settings so structures dont just fall apart when they are floating, then you can make your "model" of the roof, then copy it and paste it onto your tower, this can work for various other things that you cant usually make for hogwarts! Keep up the great work!
