This will go down as one of the most brilliant, original story based card games I have ever played.

I cannot even begin to describe the rich atmosphere and lore this game created.

Truly an amazing game.

Incredibly fun!

I really wanted to like this game as a fan of Warhammer in general. Unfortunately this game is a shallow lifeless experience akin to DOW III. They seemed to have taken the most of the worst elements of DOW III and attempted to polish them. It hasnt worked and its an incredibly unfun game to play. Standing on points for 20 minutes to win isnt an interesting or engaging game mechanic. Unit abilities dont feel impactful, units are slow and require input to defend themselves or they stand idle and do nothing. The maps although visually pleasing have almost no areas of opportunity or tactical options.

ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS MAKE AN AOS BASED DOW 1 OR 2

The game is an absolute slap in the face for people following the development of warhammer games, we were promised a rich and deep tactical game. What we got was a very one dimensional "hold point" game.

The longest beta of my entire existence, in saying that, this quarter of the game is better than some fully released titles.

My wife and kids are worried about me, they havnt seen me in days.

If you enjoy being so engrossed in something that it ruins the very structure of your waking life. This game is for you.
