Very nice game!

I wishlisted the game in 2022 after I was able to play it at Gamescom and the developers were very sympathetic. I hadn't played a Metroidvania before and wasn't sure if I liked the genre. Now that I've completed the game, I'm completely convinced! Very good game, good work, great developers!

A very relaxing and fun little game with a beautiful style. The player has to think strategically and sometimes plan his moves to complete a map or get an achievement. The strategic planning can get a bit more complex and complicated on later maps and higher difficulties, creating a challenging experience.
There are some minor bugs or shortcomings, such as resetting the resoultion every time you exit the game.
It took me about 10 hours to complete the game with all achievements on the lowest difficulty.

Very need little puzzle game, with a good little story.
The riddles are not too easy and always offer the possibility for a little hint that is not too obvious. The player must be attentive in the rooms and think creatively. However, some riddles could be built more logically into the world. For example there is a room from the past where a small chest on the table opens after you complete a box on the wall, without being mechanically connected or anything.

Still a fun and interesting exeperience with an playtime around 5 hrs.

Very interesting and innovative concept where you play as either a group of survivors trying to escape, or as a killer hunting down the survivors.

The game builds as you play and becomes more complex as you become more proficient in the game. As you gain experience, it becomes more and more important to learn strategies and maps and create builds to catch up with the opposing teams. This makes Dead by daylight a very challenging, but also very rewarding competitive multiplayer game.

The game's funding system also stands out as a very positive example. Dead by Daylight is available at a very fair price and offers the possibility to buy skins, which are optional and mostly available through in game currency. Additionally, various DLCs, which mostly include different killers and survivors, can also be purchased at a fair price. With this funding policy, the developers are able to update and maintain the game over a long period of time, including buing new licenses (e.g. for famous killers). However, each killer and survivor allows full access to the game offering playtimes ranging from 10 hours to several thousand hours.

The game's only downside is the challenging MMR system, which can get exhausting in the upper-mid skill ranges, forcing some serious and sometimes unfair builds to keep up. However, this is something that the developers are very awere of and balancing issues are always difficult if not impossible to fix. Nonetheless, players who are willing to learn and improve will overcome most of these issues and even enjoy the competition.

All in all, this is a must-have for all players who like a competitive game with a lot of content and perhaps one of the best games that are regularly maintained and improved.

Beautiful and wholesome game!

Definitely one of the best Eearly Access titles I have ever played. Extremely good state, already offering more content and elaboration than most full-price titles.

In addition, a fantastic game and excellent gameplay. The developers can really be proud of themselves!
Bought the founders Edition and would do it again.

Wohl das einzige Spiel, beidem man sich wünscht, dass es von EA gekauft wird.

Die Idee ist aber gut, dennoch sollte man es lieber erst nach Fertigstellung kaufen.
