Love the game, been super fun already and roadmapped to be a smash imo this whole year.

This is the worst Remake i have ever purchased, and i will not be buying another SquareEnix Finaly fantasy release from this day forward, not only was my favourite childhood game run through the dirt harder than the favourite toy of a 5 year old in a rainstorm, this remake is set at a very interesting bilinear filtering that makes things look "fuzzy" to me as well, and certainly not sharp as the days of old ( which i say is more pleasurable to view anyways) Not to mention on top of all of this, i weathered forward into the unknown miasma of human excrement and mung that comprises this unholy abortion of a remake, only to have the game irreparably damage my save file in some fashion and corrupt my file of over 60 hours. for this reason and several others of which include game breaking glitches and inventory bugs, i shalt not be purchasing another final fantasy game new, and Square Enix has most likely lost a long time customer forever.

Game is playable that is all, nothing is improved everything is somehow cheapened or redacted included original cutscenes ~ over all 2/10 would not recommend

Square has really take a beloved past time and favored game from my child hood and ran it straight through the mud and down the waste line of a raw sewage facilities plant, this may be circumstance to change, but i was so amped up and hyped for this to come to PC ( i realize this has been on android and iOS but i lack a tablet and my phone is little under 5 inches in display) that being said, the controls are terrible and not clearly indicated, i was stuck right after the second area of the game (spoilers: the wind shirne) where i could not figure out HOW TO LEAVE THE BOAT for a goot 10 minutes, once i realized that i need to ONLY press the enter button it would let me disembark...... THIS WAS NEVER A PROBLEM IN THE ORIGINAL, and i understand they remade the whole game on a new engine BUT What the Actual ♥♥♥♥, Square, these where not problems in the original game, and i could assume not in the iOS nor androis remakes, why now in the ported version and why so specific? after a grueling 30 minutes of actual gameplay ( 45 minutes of expose and backstory afterwards) and i can bearly figure out how to progress in a game i have played and beaten at least 15 times in my 25 years of gaming. I love this game more than anyother Final Fantasy and it is a sore and begruding fate that i would NEVER recommend this game to fellow friend let along an RPG player. Disapprove, Fix this Square.
