This makes me a better dwarf!

I am mostly here because of the steam achievements regarding the Steam awards this year, BUT:

I vote for this game in the "Labor of Love" Category every. single. year.
The developers deserve every praise they get. The literal labor of love is palpable in every single design choice, in every single music piece, in every single pixel. Thanks, Ghost Ship Games.

This game is fairly simple and straight forward about it's core mechanics. The controls felt very innovative and I must say, I have never played anything like it before and it is tremendous amounts of fun!!! Also, the robots are very cute, well animated and made me bond with them in an instant.
With Biped you and your fellow player will laugh, yell, puzzle and enjoy almost every minute of it, while feeling like a true team along the way, which the level and puzzle layouts promote nicely. For those who want even more coordinated cooperative gameplay, the puzzle missions add just the right amount of difficulty to have somewhat of a game outside of the main game, once that is finished, which can be done in a couple of hours / over the course of a few evenings.

Altogether, you can tell that the developers aspired to create something unique, "balancedly" challenging and, team-building and, as mentioned before of course, fun.

The gameplay idea left me thinking that there would be many more possible puzzle types and fresh spins on the core mechanics. This is by no means a detriment to the game, it just means that, should there ever be any DLCs or even a sequel, I will most certainly give it a go. Fully recommended for those looking for a cooperative game, that you can play specifically with 2 players.
