A worthy sequel to a timeless classic.

Nostalgic and plays better than ever!

A decent game that has a lot of room for improvement.

Things that could've been better:

- The option to directly take/turn-in side missions from the board located in the plaza "which btw already lists side missions" instead of having to walk allover town searching for side missions on every visit.

- The unbroken elemental stones blocking dungeon paths should appear on the map after being discovered, this skips having to re-discover every dungeon every time I'm able to break a stone type.

- Teleportation inside dungeons should use the dungeon map instead of the world map, I often teleport to the wrong check-point because of this.

- Auto item pick-up should be an option, having to stand still for every monster drop greatly slows the flow of the game.

- Difficulty option, this game is extremely easy, I Have beaten the game without using a single potion or seeing a single gameover screen.


In conclusion, I do like the game but unfortunately its so far from being its perfect self.

- Your name is: Noah.

- You travel through: Very vast, empty, lifeless, good looking yet terribly designed open world maps.

- Your mission: Extract 2 out of every NPC using balloons then dump them into your artificial island located in the middle of the ocean.

how does all this fit into the Metal Gear Solid universe you ask? I still have no idea...

This game has a single main mission in it and it's about 1 hour long, the other 6 are just extras, not worth the price if you ask me.

I'm a fan of both Record of Lodoss War anime and SOTN, this game delivers to fans of either.

The first half of this game aka the open world chapters were empty, boring and generally terrible in my opinion.

But later the game became linear "final 2 chapters" and it was great! It had better atmosphere and the battles were setup for you to approach every obstacle your own way.

The game also had many minor bugs but I didn't experience any game breaking ones like in the previous titles.

Absolutely loved this game!

I find the difficulty to be fair unlike what many reviews claimed, beside the main story battles, I only had 2 free battles and 3 challenge battles out of curiosity.

This game takes around 40 hours so buckle up for the ride!

It's a B-Movie take on RE7, grab it if it's on sale, the game is good but is too short "about 2 hours".
