While I think this game is great, there's one biome which ruins the experience for my friends and I. We've all enjoyed the game until we reached the Mistlands. I honestly think it is one of the worst biomes I've ever seen in any videogame. Navigation is horrible due to steep mountains, you can't see in front of you due to the mist, the melee combat is terrible due to the fact that a slight difference in elevation can make you not hit an enemy.
Also, some enemies (namely, the Gjall) are straight up dumb, this guy can obliterate you in one salvo, you can't see it until it's too late because the fog covers the sky, it can follow you while you desperately waste your stamina trying to go up too steep mountains.
While I would normally recommend this game, this biome alone forces me to leave a negative review in hopes that it will get improved.

Improved graphics and a fov slider, we don't need third party programs to change the fov anymore ! Rejoice !
I've only been able to test 2 of the new legendaries, they're alright.
The improved Destroyer fight was a bit lackluster but hey, they added stuff. Also it's worth mentionning that you don't just get crap loot after beating it anymore, instead you get 6 chests with blue+ rarity items.

Having recently started playing the water campaign I can safely say that it's much more fun than the land campaign because of the lack of volume restriction.

Pros :
+ you can build anything you want
+ extremely rewarding to see your designs fight
+ ton of content in the workshop

Cons :
- learning curve is extremely steep
- lots of lens flare and saturated colours on default settings (you can change that in the graphics settings, I haven't found a way to remove the lens flare though)
- battles with lots of vehicles/ big vehicles are unmanageable because of the framerate (I've found that restarting helps)

I've decided to edit my negative review into a positive one after much thought and gametime spent in From the Depths. It's a great game and truly one of it's kind. If you love the idea of having your own designs fight to the death then this game is definitely right for you.
