Very very amazing atmosphere and has a lot of potential. However I would definitely not recommend the game in it's current state. It's very clunky, very buggy, lots of crashes etc. If you want to support the devs make a great game go ahead. If you're just looking to play something fun, i don't think this is something for you. Maybe check back in a year.

They really turned this game around with their new ARPG game mode. The loop is fun. You decide on how exactly you want to play. You can chose to play multiple characters at once and don't really lose any progression. But you can also just focus on one character. I would say story is whatever. The style though is nice. Combat feels fine. It's also decently challenging on the hardest difficulty.

Good if your pc can handle it. Very early access, expect server problems, disconnects (like every 3-4 hours), lags, desync.
Apart from that, gunplay is decent. Map is breathtaking with UE5. AI is sometimes insanely dumb and sometimes wallhack cheater level which obviously is sometimes frustrating. Overall I still am having a blast playing the game. I don't think the higher editions are really necessary right now since your stash is somewhat irrelevant atleast early on.

Love beating the ♥♥♥♥ out of these animals

At first, you will love potatos. Then, as you go up the difficulty and inevitably fail, you will hate potatos. At the end, when you master the potato, you will appreciate the potato for what it is. Overall, I like potato.

Very well polished Survivor like game - lots of content to play even if you've 'beat' the dungeon crawler mode.
