This game is amazing. Stunningly beautiful world, huge open city, extreme detail, and gut wrenching side quests and main quest. The game is a masterpiece. 9.5/10
Pros:
Beautiful, especially at 4k
Story rich
RPG builds
Fast gunplay, with many many build options
Story and quests that ACTUALLY makes you think.
Cons:
No third person view
Journal/map can be overwhelming at first, but quickly becomes understandable.
Minor bugs (i never experienced gamebreaking bugs, on visual bugs)

Excellent gunplay, graphics, powers, loot chase, and raids/dungeons. The lore is great, but story missions can be lacking and sometimes grindy. Overall a fun game, especially with friends.
