Great fun if you're a fan of the diablo series and want more of a grind. Currently the best comparison is to Diablo 3. Thousands of extra hours of grinding required for max game stats, more items, more customizations, perm stat/skillpoint allocations. Overall for the more heavy and customizing players but not for those who want to get in and have great/end game gear after only two weeks of playing.
