An awesome action-platformer with great music, tight level design, and solid controls. A short story and perfectly-tuned difficulty make this game easy to pick up and satisfying to blaze through on a second play-through as well.

Brutal, unforgiving, but most of all: fun.
This game is infamous in its difficulty, but incredibly satisfying. Despite everything they throw at you, it makes every obstacle that you overcome THAT much more satisfying. This is all amplified by the fact that just about everything in this game is about as balanced as it can be. Just about any build is viable, making for all sorts of fun combinations. Easily one of the best games I've played.
