You have to spend $1.99 to buy new units, which you need to survive the game.

I loved the 1st game. I loved the beta. The "final" game came out and was very clunky. Unfortunately, the devs are trying to tell the people how to play their game and not develop the game around what the players want. They try to balance the game around nerfing it and this results in way more frustration, than having a nice time playing.

They should watch "extra credits" on youtube to learn what good game design is and start to listen to their players.
