Oops, didn't know link would be deleted. Just search "Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes 2014 – Low Specs Patch by Ragnos1997" on google, first link should be the one.

I still get a cruddy framerate, but I believe I used a low specs patch to run the game at a faster framerate.

Just extract the files directly to the game folder, run "Ragnos1997 Launcher", and follow the instructions. I can't remember which resolution I used, it was either 800x600 or 640x480. Hope this help!
