Switching to DX12 fixed all optimization issues I was having. Game runs incredible now. At 21 hours I'm still slowly completing everything and having a blast. The couch co-op story play is unparalleled and is incredibly fun with another person. You're able to simultaneously do different challenges, and pull each other into the races, incredibly smooth experience and painless.

The MTX is actually fairly minimal, without having any desire to buy anything from the shop because you do get a decent amount of currency from the play-throughs. You're given tons of challenger vehicles, and the customisation is top knotch. There is literally no benefit to buying the store cars (performance wise).

Loved the game, so much potential - however I can not recommend this as it's been horribly mismanaged by Amazon Game Studios. Invest your time into a product that respects the customer and their time.

YOu'll have a hard time finding any baseball game that simplifies the mechanics the way that SMB:EI does. With a proper ego rating it gives novice players a chance to at least compete and have fun with players of a higher calibre.

10/10 recommend.
