It's great. Bought it 2 days ago and played 18 hours already xD

It's not a shooter like CoD so running around and pushing at the worng time will get you killed easily. Nearly everything is one shot one kill.
Classes have a decent variety. You got scouts that can spot enemies, snipers whcih are the only class that gets a scope, officers that can call in airstrikes and gas/smoke, and engineers that can build razorwire and stuff.

Playing a good round feels so rewarding it's insane. Positioning is everything.

If that sounds good, give it a try. Check out each class for a little and then decide.

Checked it out a little and so far it seems very much the same as the first one. So if you liked the first give this one a try. Instead of building stalls and storage to sell your harvest you now use the city. Looking forward to see how it develops further.
Edit: After nearly 4 hours of play i sadly didn't find much new stuff. Terraforming seems to unlock later. I unlocked 2 new tiles and like how they split the ressources a little more compared to the first.
Terraforming for sure will be the biggest make or break for the sequel. If it's fun to make hills and multilevel farms it will add tons of hours and customization. Better than the fixed farms from the first title.
I also compared to friends and it seems everyone starts on the same tile, but the neighbours are random. There are a good chunk of options but my top right tile was the same as a friends north tile(from start). There are 3 biomes too. Normal, desert and snowy? so it should offer enough variaty to have everyone make it unique.
Gonna drop more hours in it for sure :)

Made me and friends into a party.
Went into beginner dungeon without doing the tutorial quests.
2 people died, one got oneshot.
Need 10g to revive, got 0.
Great game so far, 10/10 very realistic.

For now i gotta give a thumb down. Servers are not working and 90% of playtime is spent in loading.
Also for some reason right click is the only button that can't be rebound to something else.
will update once i get to play the game.

Edit: The server performance has improved a lot. I can play the game :D

It's fun. Build variety seems to be very big even tho i only tried one class so far. Story is decent. Can recommend it. Even tho i recommend to wait a little longer to have 100% working servers for best experience.

Great survival craft. More like ark than pokemon. So expect grind and farming ^^
The difficulty curve seems fair. The map is split into level brakets so it locks you into the early areas till like level 15-20 and then the next bracket seems to be 35-40.
The building could be better. Only cube building atm and no pillars to build above ground sadly.
I'm looking forward to the stuff they will add till 1.0 and especially how mods will work in the future. Custom pals sounds nice.

Breeding can be really depressing but once you get the right skill combo its that much more rewarding ^^
Progression seems to slow down a little around lvl 30. Demands base managment and more active leveling by going out and catching new pals. We reach the last base level(15) at around 32.

Hard to learn. Not fun learning tho.
Only recommended for fighting game enthusiasts. Not a good one for first timers.
Edit: Friend convinced me to try a little longer. Same feeling. Winning feels pointless cause in the next round the enemy just one combo's of one missed block or has a gimick ability that only allows 1 frame of 1 specific action to counter it. Not my kind of game.
Edit: still retarded one time in wall deaths every fight.

So. The game has it's flaws, but overall it's really fun to play.
Main issue is the research system. Having to place 1 building per point and needing multiple thousand points takes a lot of space. Also unlocking some parts is linked to the story and on top you need to find "hidden" parts to scan. Took em a while to find the 2 row inserter.
Gameplay wise i dislike that generators can't fuel miners, but thats just my personal preference ^^
The biofuel that's needed for those can be grown with a setup that's really fun to build.

Overall i recommend this game to everyone that like satisfactory and wants to see a different approach to building and wants to have a story from the get go.

The game is great.
I was hesistant to buy it at launch, because nearly all news i saw were companion sex/romance related. After watching a friend play I couldn't resist to also get it.

Compared to 5e tabletop it lacks some subclasses and especially races but i think the way they made npcs interact with your character, depending on race is so good that the limited options are a minor flaw.
Don't get me wrong. It's just a flaw cause i know what is out there. For people new to the genre it could be overwhelming choice.
That's the first thing that came to mind. I didn't see any real problems so far, maybe the missing red thread, but that is also a pluspoint.

So for everyone that likes turn-based rpgs or just high fantasy settings with great story this is a must play.

This adds so much new stuff. If you played the main game for a while and enjoy it, its worth the 4 bucks 1000%.
