Better graphics than ck2 , way better interface ,much less chaotic and with a greater focus on roleplaying. Needs more content , but im sure the tax collectors of paradox will produce more dlcs(taxes) , So pay your taxes and enjoy this great game.

I dont get all that sea of tears and negativity to be honest. The game is fun and im having a great time.

To get legions you must have the cohorts invention from military tree, then when u will upgrade your nations power (at least regional power status) an event will pop up about army modernization and boom you can create your first legion :D
