Interesting business simulator. The marketing videos and images make this more appealing than the demo did. With bland (almost nonexistent) music, a charming and basic artstyle, coupled in with a business simulation, you cannot really go wrong. Now if the developers ask for more than $20 US, they might see this thing sit while others play several other games like the upcoming Good Company.

I like this game! From the marketing visuals and video, I had zero interest in this. Having played it, and seen its gorgeous visuals, heard its charming and immersive soundtrack, and heard its well-done narration, I am a fan. I like the old-school feel mixed in with the sense of a highly-polished modern dungeon crawler. Well done!

Pardon the pun but I had not been curious enough to try the initial release of Curious Expedition. Now, after having seen the new version, I am sold. If priced accordingly ($15 to $20 US) I would seriously consider this. With the updated visuals, the excellently immersive music, and hours of content, I think others too should be curious enough to give this a try.

Interesting and dark world. Minimal music. Story-driven point and click (I was upset that I could not use my XBOX controller nor my keyboard. It would take a good YouTube review to make me look more at this. The demo did not give me enough to say that I would buy this. It also did not dissuade me either. For now, this gets a YES from me because I want to know more and see more development.

Cute visuals, cute music, cute characters...overall, a cute game. I think this can be a charming time-sink that might be good for differing ages. If priced right, this might do well.

I tried a lot of games (45) during the Steam Game Festival (Spring 2020 edition) and this game was by far the most uninspired and boring. I did not like this. Not enough going on to make me want to solve the puzzles. In a sea of games on Steam, this just does not stand out (to me) at all. Pass.

I had high hopes for this game...and I still do although the Demo left me doubtful. The visuals are amazing, the music is boring and uninspired, and the controls stink. I could not get my XBOX controller to work and I really disliked the default keyboard controls. The story was nonexistent and I simply spent my time whacking well-drawn and animated frogs over...and over...and over...and over. This game needs more if it is going to warrant money from folks. Best wishes to the development team on this. For me, for now, this is a definite pass.

Not sure what to say about Caretakers. It is a generic-feeling game with a lot of potential. I get vibes of several different games here - most notably, Northgard for the region-based exploration, JRPGs with turn-based combat, Kenshi for the strange world you are in...I just dont know where this wants to go or what it wants to be. As mentioned, this game reminds me of many things but it does not of them well. I have even heard some mention that it reminds them of a simplified XCOM (although I do not see it). All I know is that this has a ways to go to be ready for people to purchase. I appreciate the demo game opportunity but at this point, this is definitely a pass for me.

FUN!! You start in Hell, at a low "level" and you fight your way up. For some reason, playing this, I was reminded of Conan the Barbarian (the character), Doom (the music), and games in the vein of Dead Cells (although this is definitely not at the level of Dead Cells). With the rocking music, the simple, yet immersive artstyle, the plethora of enemies and weapons, if this is priced well ($5 to $10 at most), this will be a fun game for some.

This is an RPG - - graphics look decent, the music is traditional heroic-fare, and this game is voice-acted. I fought one battle - - the controls seemed "off" compared to others like Pillars of Eternity, etc. I did not care for the party visual movement aesthetics. Maybe with more work this will not be a throw-away RPG in a sea of great RPGs. For now, for me, this is a pass.
