Despite being rated Overwhelmingly Positive it still feels like not enough people have talked about this game. Gorgeous art style, incredible story, satisfying gameplay. The final boss in the true ending is one of the greatest of all time. The game starts off a bit slow (you'll probably exceed the refund period before things finally click) but if you keep at it you're in for a treat. Cried a ton. 10/10

This game has given me brain worms that have persisted long after completing it. I'd gush about it to the heavens if I didn't risk spoiling what makes it special. I'm not even huge into puzzle games but this one gripped me like no other. You get what you're willing to put into it. Even when the answers escape you and you're ready to succumb into despair, just keep pushing forward. I believe in you.

If all you want is an official Yugioh sim that's going keep getting support for the foreseeable future, it's pretty good. Building a competitive deck is also relatively cheap resource-wise if you know what you're doing. Casual players get kind of boned though. A lot of the rarities for key archetype cards are hiked up. If I decide I'm bored of my current deck and want to build a fun one it's discouraging to discover they cost double the crafting resources I spent building the first one (ignoring staples you're forced to craft). The ability to craft Secret Packs alleviates this but you still need to get lucky with your pulls. You're honestly better off making a new account whenever you want to build a new deck.

I feel like it's unfair to call it a Souls-like as it does it's own sort of thing. While Dark Souls often rewards pacifism in Sekiro you're often punished for it. The lack of a stamina bar along with the new posture system encourages staying on the offensive. Great game. Would recommend

When the game was first revealed I was a little unimpressed. While the artstyle itself looked great the animations were too snappy, the backgrounds looked bland, and the voice acting was hit or miss. I didn't give it another look until a friend of mine recommended it. While my initial complaints still were true, by the end of it I'd be remiss to say I didn't have a blast playing it. Do not be fooled by it's sometimes rough presentation. If you enjoy match 3's or brawlers this is definitely worth picking up.

The Sexy Brutale isn't so much a mystery as it is a character study. Not a study of the protagonist mind you, but of the titular casino itself. As you progress through the game you learn the ins and outs of what makes The Sexy Brutale tick. Every bang, knock, rattle, and crash has a clear reason for it. A lot of the knowledge you acquire comes naturally through gameplay. This aspect of it alone had me hooked but it's all backed up by a incredible soundtrack and lovely artstyle. The biggest issue I had with it were the controls which would often times feel unresponsive when interacting with objects. Not a deal breaker by any means but it's something worth pointing out. Overall pretty great game. Although I was little disappointed that the mystery aspect of it was rather weak everything else more than made up for it.
