Overall the gameplay is lovely, and we understand that more items will be added to the game later. Here are some of the bugs in the game.

E.g:
1. Multiplayer, the game focus on the host of the server, so if you are the friend that join the game, and the host accepts a quest, the quest have chances of auto failure due to the host being too far away from the wanted person, even if you are near the wanted person's location.
2. Single player, I was chasing a drug dealer using a patrol car, and I stopped the car right in front of the drug dealer. The drug dealer was 'fleeing' and she ran into my patrol car, causing my car to flip and fly out of map, auto-failing the day due to leaving the area.
3. Multiplayer, sometimes when I see a suspect's ID, it shows me a different person, however, when I arrest the person for stolen/fake ID (Yep, even if they say ID is not in records), they deduct conduct points for it. Any other actions done to that suspect does not give shift points, but deduct conduct points instead.
4. GPS might direct you to pass through roads that will auto-fail you for leaving the map.

Previously gave a negative review, staff responded and I removed it to give them the benefit of the doubt.

2 months later, including tickets sent to the admins with video link proof of hackers, yet still no action taken.

This game is not P2W but it's definately a place for FPS hackers to play. That is, unless you are willing to pay for the hack itself.

Doubt I will come back again, as Black Squad has lost my trust in providing a fair and competitive gameplay for players.

Game is interesting to play, and very entertaining for hoarders. However, even in a PvE server, where PvP is disabled, players are allowed to steal your vehicles, simply by using another vehicle to stop your car, and jumping into your stopped vehicle. Then when you refuse to exit the vehicle, they can simply jump and push your vehicle into a zombie infested area so that the zombies will start hitting your vehicle. If you stay inside the vehicle when it explodes, you die. If you exit your vehicle, it has been stolen by them.

And when you send in a ticket trying to explain to the game masters/creators of the game about their failed physics in this game (One player can push and bounce your car simply by jumping on it)?

Well, here's a reply I got from my ticket: "Hello, even on PVE, you have to watch out. Player still can steal your stuff but that is a part of the game. Regards," Ticket #63575

I didn't know that a single player can push a heavy vehicle, simply by jumping on the vehicle, bouncing it, going under the vehicle, then running while the vehicle is on top of the character. So you literally just carried a vehicle and run with it. But hey, that's physics right?

Keep getting disconnected and corrupted data immediately after buying Premium. Can I get my money back now?
