Absolutely a farcry in a bad way of what used to be Wizard of Legend (1). Biggest gripe for me is instead of using clever movement to dodge, you're forced to dodge with I-Frames, especially with some attacks that have TIGHT windows to dodge or with medicore telegraphing at best, or getting hit by an attack that suddenly breaks out of rhythm from a boss's pattern. As it stands, the game feels like a letdown even if this is an Early Access game.

'get good'? yeah get good experiences from Wizard of Legend (1). Wizard of Legend 2 might change over time, but as it stands I cant recommend this game.

I'm surprised this is even a positively rated game. while yes back in it's day the game USED to be OK and playable, but now there's no one but eliteists running amok insulting your inability of playing the game and indirectly killing their own game they so "love" and hold "dear" to themselves. The game is HORRIDLY unfair against new players and pushes them away from learning anything due to a hostile enviornment created by eliteists themselves. Don't play this game unless you have a posse to soak the heat with you, or if you REALLY like getting angry / having an unfair fight.

Overall: I do not recommend this game due to an overwhelming level of toxicity.
