KSP2 had big shoes to fill and although very early in development, appeared to be making a great effort to do so. Until the Corporate side got involved. All the developers working on KSP2 were removed/fired and the game stuck in limbo. What is left behind is now a broken shell, the potential appears to have drained long ago. This game doesnt appear to have any active development on it, barring the rare miniscule update effectively changing a 1 to a 0 and back again so as to continue the illusion that this isnt just a scam. Which of course I am personally covinced it is at this point. The fact that this game is allowed to remain on steam, let alone be promoted at full price, while simultaniously refusing the valid requests of many for a refund is nothing short of a crime.

Unless something drastically changes, KSP 1 is the better option for purchase and at a reasonable price.

The game itself is great, but the desicion by Sony to resistrict my access to the game by retoactively implementing a condition for access is greedy, highly questionable and Illegal under Australian Consumer Laws, being the country I live in. I will wait till I see if they commit to their plans before making a final desicion on my actions.

Though it may be a short sign-up process, the very idea of being forced to sign up to a platform I dont use, known for its regular data breaches in order to be allowed access to a product I have already bought, own and previously enjoyed, merely because a company decided it on a whim, is unacceptable and downright dystopian.


Update:
Since Sony has backed down, I once again recommend this game highly. So long as Sony continues to keep their grubby mitts off of it, this game should continue to be great.

Early Access review:
The game has potential. Just like the original did and lived up to it. Current early access has a relatively stable basic game that looks good. Some people complain that the game is too short, doesn't make sense or that it ends too abruptly. That's only because it isnt finished yet.

If you can afford the investment and want to support the Devs I'd suggest buy the game and give it 6 months to get most things fleshed out.
If you can't, just wait till it's out of early access for a good game.
But if you want to buy an early access game and complain about it not being finished, then I've got bad news for you. Just not news about the game.

Satisfactory is a great game. It plays like a mix between the system managment of Factorio and the building aspect of Minecraft.

This is the best gateway platform to many games. Not having it, is your loss.

Great game, worth the money.

When it's working the game is great fun. But unfortunately the game was broken in one of the last updates (mouse sensitivity bug), making it almost unplayable. The Devs seem to have abandoned the game since that update, leaving the game broken and a waste of money.

If they fix the Bug then I highly recommend the game. Until then (if ever), look elsewhere for fun.
