Was very fun, with a disappointing ending.

If you enjoyed System Shock 2 or Bioshock, you will LOVE this game. The upshot is this plays more like a 'Metroidvania' style game with System Shock elements. You can go where you want and (mostly) do what you want without the game using reasons for blocking you off.

The combat is ok, if slightly repetitive; an all around great experience.

A solid, but flawed game. Mechanically speaking, the game is very tight and well done. All game play approaches feel flushed out and very solid. Story wise, the game starts firing on all cylinders, then doen't resolve most plot threads by the time the game ends. As with any conspiracy/Illuminati laced plot, the game will give snippets of 'the bigger picture' with "Deus Ex" call backs to Manderly and Page, but it isn't satisfying.

The most disheartening problem is how small the world feels. In DXHR, Detroit and Hengsha felt large and alive. With only 1 hub this time around of Prague, the world felt smaller.

All in all a solid gameplay experience, marred by the story leaving more questions than answers and a world that didn't feel alive.
