C-The writing is so wooden and awkward -The rich lore and Grimdark setting is completely missing. -The companions are so unlikeable. -the art style is a departure from dark realism to cartoony. -the handling of inclusive characters is worse the previous games, LGBTQ+ characters have featured in the series sense the first, but now they write them so poorly it's strangely less accepting. -the voice acting goes from passing to aweful That's the cons. The pros: - beautiful scenery -good combat -interesting story (good premise bad execution) -great customization in character apperance - good customization in game settings including difficultly and graphics -world feels alive, characters interact with eachother without you.

Honestly despite it being repetitive, and the guns being the clear winner in every fight, I'm really enjoying it.

The world is amazing the enemy types are incredible, I can't count the amount of times I've paused to take a screen shot in the photo mode, and if you don't just go for the easy option of shooting everything from a distance, and actually challenge yourself to get up close and to use powers it's a lot of fun to fight them too.

Could the game have been better yes of course, but every single game could be better, this is the first one in a while that has interested me this much and managed to keep my attention after playing for almost 3 straight days.

A lot of people don't like a lot of stuff about it like the narrator, you can actually turn down the amount he talks and can just read the dialogue and skip before he starts talking, and it's like that in everything else, most of the issues people have can be avoided if you try.

So yeah I definitely think the game is worth it, and if price is an issue I pre ordered it for £39.99 so give it a few months and get it cheaper, but the game is definitely worth playing, just for the world alone.

The game has recently received a massive update that further improves the quality of the game, as well as making it even easier to ignore all of the common problems the reviews mentioned, by speeding up dialogue, and the opening hour of the game, which really shows the love and effort the development team have put in to this game, they haven't abandoned it after taking people money, they listened to what was said and made changes to their game accordingly.
