If you like Elden Ring a lot, this is going to give you a lot more Elden Ring. There's a ton of entirely new content in pretty much every category - areas, enemies, bosses, weapons and armor, spells, talismans... However, if you hope that this would be a step towards fixing the numerous issues with the base game - you're in for a huge disappointment. Pretty much every base game design issue is still there and likely turned up to 11.

Yep, game is good now. Still missing some features and depth golden age TW fans are all too happy to tell you about, but the Total War Community as a whole really did get CA to turn WH3 around in a good way.

After numerous other improvements since release, Unlocked and Loaded finally fixed the biggest issue with the progression loop, so now the great core gameplay and fantastic atmosphere can finally shine. I still think that VT2 is an overall better game, but I've played that one to death and Darktide is finally catching up in quality.

Well, this is Dark Souls 4. Unfortunately, not all previous mistakes had been learned from, but there are many improvements nontheless and it's absolutely huge while barely reusing world/enemy assets from previous games.

Mediaval Meme Simulator 2019.
If you're into historical medieval combat or even interested into the realistic martial aspect of fantasy swords'n'stuff, that alone would keep you interested for a while with greatly detailed wide variety of historical weapons and equipment. If you're into multiplayer games, this weird hybrid with a Battlefield game provides both large-scale battles and competitive dueling environment. Combat is weird and can be hard to get a hang of, but provides a lot of space for improvement.
Also, no lootboxes, no microtransactions, and no RNG in combat (barely any if at all in the whole game).
