its very not good

In my first game of Rimworld, a wanderer named Vladimir Black stumbled upon my colony from the desert and joined us. He proved useful as he had experience in performing medical procedures and one of my initial survivors had her legs broken in an attack from a man-hunting squirrel.

Unfortunately, as Vladimir got to work on his operation to fix her legs, he botched the surgery. She was most displeased, and he perplexingly got frustrated at her for the operation's failure. He returned to work on her legs and botched the surgery again, leaving her a cripple. He immediately fell into depression and was in a fragile mental state, and ultimately lost his mind as he was scouring the plains searching for food.

He took off his clothes, and began beating up the other survivors with his bare fists.

They retaliated in turn, but he proved too powerful for the colonists. One, a 94 year old man named Spiffy, had to be carried back to his bed in a critical condition. He beat on Patricia, the woman he had botched surgery on twice. He beat her to death.

Spiffy's wounds became infected and disease spread quickly throughout the colony. One of the colonists shot and critically wounded Vladimir, but out of some misguided notion of honour nursed him back to health. Vladimir once again turned on the colonists, who were already at breaking point.

Raiders came and saw the colony in disrepair and kidnapped the only able-bodied, sane members remaining. Vladimir, Spiffy and Hutch succumbed to madness and beat each other senseless.

10/10 would recommend.

A masterclass in how to make an RTS slow, sluggish and boring. Units don't respond smoothly, the interface lags something awful and the units themselves need a lot more love from the design team.

Don't expect to have any fun with this at the time of this review.

Spawned next to four other naked men dancing around a campfire expressing their adoration for Vishnu and Allah's Snackbar.

10/10, would recommend.
