This game is still a masterpiece, absolute masterpiece. Even without mods it is fantastic.

I am not a fan of DLCs usually especially like decorative ones that don't really add to gameplay. But in this case even the radio station add-ons are really really good. So good that I wish they were real life radio stations. i prefer the jazz one especially.

The actual DLCs for this game are great too though, I haven't been disappointed in one yet. They all add new challenges and feature that make a great game better.

If I HAD to say something negative, there is some confusing overlap now, making the UI a little convoluted . For example with the new parks DLC there are three or four versions of district painting tools now, and it sometimes hard to figure which tool to use to make what you want. Another example, there are two different zoos, one is a plop-able the other is a custom district.

Those are minor annoyances though and if you haven't played this game, or haven't tried the DLCs I highly recommend that you do.

Not a BAD poker game. The fact that chips actually take a little work, money, or patience to get keeps the insane players out somewhat (ie. go all-in every time no matter what) although they are still here.

It is definetly a money grab, although if you have any discipline or self control you can just earn your way to the top by winning hands or just waiting for a free chips event, which seem to happen every 24 hours or so. Im not that great of a poker palyer and I got to be a "high roller" in about a week.

I wish the game had something besides no-limit games. Like a limit or pot limit game somewhere (keeps the aforementioned insane players away). I also wish there was a way to see a detailed hand history so you can evaluate your play. it would also be cool to have more options and an easier interface for chatting with other players (it supposed to be fun right?).

I will echo the warnings of other reviewers. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM BLACKJACK! I obviously don't know how the game is coded, or anything, but the game seems to nearly ALWAYS get just the right card to beat you in blackjack. The dealer seems to win more often than the math says he should. Im not one who cries conspiriacy at every turn, but something definetly seems very fishy in the blackjack portion of the game.

Hello I got this game through Steam just so I could get on here and warn new players. This game works a lot better, a LOT better if you will just go get it from CCPs site instead. Steam is fantastic for a lot of things but this is not one of them. People are having problems with PLEX and omega time, and geting their other in-game stuff delivered to thier characters. Just google eve online, and download the client through CCP directly and save yourself the heartache.

I feel a real true emotional connection to my in game wife Penny. Like I'd love to have a coffee with her in real life. Thats extraoridinarily rare for me, I don't "feel" things about fictional characters usually. That's a good thing!

As you might expect of a farm sim, there is some amount of grinding. Doing the same tasks everyday to take care of your crops and animals, repeat forever. However, with upgraded tools and and items, and the changing seasons mechanic, the grind is minimized as much as possible.

The game is relaxing and very laid back. So if you are looking for exciting combat, this isnt the one for you. There are areas to explore with enemies that you fight, but combat seems to be an afterthought, not a main feature.

Overall: It's a good game with very relatable characters. There is some grinding, but it is obvious that the developer tried very hard to minimize this as much as possible! The game is relaxing and easy, not for those seeking a conflict heavy experience.

9.5/10 a must own!

This game used to be fantastic for me, but isn't anymore. I'm not sure which exact update messed things up for me, but one of them sure did.

It runs like a slideshow, where it used to be smooth as silk. my PC is well above recommended specs.

Every single time I log in to my game, my astronaut uncontrollably flies off in some random direction, and there nothing I can do short of constantly holding down thrust in the opposite direction to stop it. As soon as I let off the thrust button, off I go again. It absolutely maddening. It makes it impossible to do anything at all.

So if you've been holding off getting this one, hold off a while longer, not forever mind you, because I do believe they will fix it. But it's not particularly playable just now. I wish I could choose yes I recommend, but not in its current state.
