Thank you to all my friends who told me and helped me getting through my ordeal of being hacked. I did contact customer service and went through all the necessary steps. It took steam suppot about 3 weeks to get all of my items back. But I still give steam a good 5 stars for real customer support. They have literally thousands of claims happening. THEY DID TAKE CARE OF IT, and of me as a customer and a person. Thank you all who posted messages to me and helped out.
