This is the first game my little girl played with the controller. And she likes it a lot! :)

37 Euros and the state in which the game is at this moment reminds me of the case of No Man's Sky scandal. Note to the devs ... lower that damn price to 10 Euros and rise it as you make progress to a maximum of 20 Euros. 37 is outrageous.

Pump it up! Too bad i don't have more time to play but this game is awesome. It has everything you can ask for when it comes to this genre. The Music and SFX are great, nicely polished graphics, there is a lot of content and more surprises are on their way.

You can play this game with keyboard&mouse, gamepad oooooor a dancepad.

It's something different to what you are used to play ... but in a good way.

Also the developers are active and they are involved into the community feedback.

Well, go on, try it, and ... "let the bodies hit the floor" :)

Just Buy It !

This game would be the perfect reason not to make preorders. Also, it's the pure definition of greed, failure and false advertisement. Happily i wasn't hyped at all and i knew what to expect...even so...i preordered it. I'm not going into the whole bugs, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port and optimization details. You all know the stories. My rig can handle everything launched this year on pretty much ultra settings with above average stable fps, but NMS is really ♥♥♥♥ up. Ah, and this time, when i'm writing this "review" there is a ♥♥♥♥♥ beta opt-in for the game because day one patch wasn't enough for a game that we've been waiting for years and has a AAA game price. Maybe in a few months it will be bug free and the devs will change a few gameplay elements so it can be what they promised at first ... but for now my advice is to wait until the price drops below 10$.

Also, I would nominate this game in the COTY awards ... Crap of the Year awards

Well, pre-ordered the game just for the fun of it. But after 4 hours of gameplay i can only say this: Kingdoms of Amalur is waaaay better than this crap. Same goes for Divinity II, Risen 3 and Lords of the Fallen...they are way way better than Dragon's Dogma. Why? Just take a look at the crap upscaled font used in the game, dull combat mechanics and hell, everything else. The hud seems upscaled too ... maybe if i would play the 800x600 it would look better ... NOT! As for the story, wooow, boring ... really boring. I didn't even ask for a refund because I feel so sorry for the developers. They can take my money as a beggar can.

LE: by the way ... no mouse scroll function in the menus? wtf?

LE2: game from 2012 ... "remade" for PC in 2016 looking like a game from 2010.

PS: fanboys will downrate this review but hey, you can kiss the developer's ass as long as you can ... the game won't be getting better than this.

Hack&Slash games are one of my favorite genres. Between Diablo, Torchlight, Titan Quest and Path of Exile for example, i will always come back to Van Helsing. Why? Because it has that "je ne sais quoi" hidden flavor, that thing that makes your brain giggle, your heart pump in fear and your muscles cling to the last drop of clicking power. It has complexity, it has tons of hours of gameplay, huge storyline and references. tons of dialogues and most of all, replay-ability. And that's why i choose The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing.

Now, getting to the third part of the trilogy ... the civil war has ended around Borgovia but the sinister Prisoner 7, who betrayed Van Helsing in the end of the second game, meddled with the Ink and new monsters have risen to give our hero no time to rest. In The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing 3 you will find 6 classes which you can play with: defeat your foes as the melee-specialist Protector, be the most accurate shooter as the Bounty Hunter, master the weird science as the Phlogistoneer, engineer your tactics as the Constructor, control the magical forces as the Elementalist or become a dark, stealthy killer as the Umbralist. And bear in mind, you are still accompanied by the beautiful, humorous, lethal but loyal lady Katarina. I was glad to hear that in this last part of the trilogy we will learn the story of her past.

Set in a steampunkish-gothic environment, you will have to take your time and admire all the surroundings. Clear up the level filled with monstrosities, set back and watch how every single detail brings you closer and deeper into the grim story. There are also secrets hidden around, so watch your step and search every single corner of your road ahead.

The customization levels are vast enough so you can set your own playstyle and combat strategies. Perks, auras, skills and talent points will be a sweet experience for you ARPGs lovers and also the plethora of items you will find around. Katarina will also have all of these customizations available, so keep an eye on her level-up and the items that she can use.
