I only go to the gym to judge others. I glance around between sets to maintain superiority over everyone who is smaller and less experienced. If I ever notice anyone who appears a little lost, I make sure me staring him doesn't go unnoticed, and once the pressure is too much for him to handle and he leaves, I complete at least two sets with the equipment he was using to absorb his gains. Making sure they can't progress is equal to making gains yourself; if someone gets smaller, you get bigger.
