Can't recommend. The fighting is nice, though towards the very end it gets repetitive. Could have used another tier of units with more varying numbers. As is, switching from 10 size units to 3-4 size units and maybe add in a red dragon is nice, but the last quarter of the game felt really tedious. Lack of unit variation in the late game as well as the terrible fetch quests made it even worse.

Story is abysmal. Nobody listens to what you say since they all have the same reply lines for all 3 possibilities of your character. In other words, it's like talking to a wall.

Movement is abysmal. You get stuck since you can't jump, having to reload. And without modding your speed in the files so you don't have to use that damn horse I couldn't be bothered to play at all.

Unless you're a kings bounty and heroes fan, you shouldn't buy the game.

The quality of life of the gameplay is pretty bad E.g. attack move is horrible to use as units clump together, formations don't work, unless it's a flat surface and when I quicksave/quickload I regularly see all tooltip text missing, a bug that will never be fixed.

Could be a lot better, but if you wanted your Terran Ascendancy itch scritched, then Terran Command is a good way to go.

However Starship Troopers is supposed to critique fascism. While I also don't mind it critiquing communism, the major issue with this game is that it has more commie quotes than fascist ones. Hell, they might as well have named that one city in mission 14 Stalingrad and the commander Stalin.

If you don't want the game to be a breeze, play on Brutal. The first missions will be deceptively simple, but towards the end, I must have spent over 4 hours with mission 14 to find something that works

It's a pretty good Fallout 2 sequel, which you can play on your phone or your PC. It's a shame that the skill system isn't fleshed out (half of the skils are useless and companions can't contribute on most of them). Also a shame that the ending was pretty anticlimatic. Could have used a similar all out fight like in Dragon age Origins.

It's an amazing minecrafty underwater game with an interesting story and a very unsettling start. The first time you dive into the ocean, the first time you're in pitch black darkness, the first time you hear a reaper, the first time it attacks you ... After you finish the game, you'll wish you'd forget all about it and play it again from scratch! I can't wait to buy myself a VR set in a couple of months when I get the money and play this game again!

This game has an amazing story and I'm a sucker for turn based rpg's. I really enjoyed the whole trilogy and I'd recommend you guys buy it as well.

So far, I only have good words for Wallpaper Engine. Buy once, use it on any device - work or home. Just make sure that you preselect from home the wallpapers for work, because currently there is no SFW tag in steam workshop, and it's filled with ecchi or hentai anime.

I've already played this game a lot with a friend, and I've got to say it's the best CO OP experience I've ever had. Unfortunately the AI is a bit bad and I found this game a bit on the easy side even with 2x lone wolf and tactician mode. With these many features in game, coding an AI to not do stupid things is pretty hard. Hopefully divinity original sin 2 will fix this issue.

The best cussing simulator currently on Steam. In a match there are two teams of 5 players whose sole objective is to cuss their team mates into oblivion. The player who stops typing "your mom" insults, calling others idiots/morons or stops typing in russian, loses. The only exception to the rule is being muted, in which case you MUST SPAM "well played" every time something moves in the game or else you lose.

I got this game off of a bundle. While I'm not a card based game fan, I am a strategy fan. Not having to build my own deck was actually a good thing for me as I'm not into that sort of thing.
The campaign is pretty hard getting guardian victories, but it's possible. It took me several hours for each campaign and quite a few hours for the whole campaign. For a completionist like me it was a very stupid thing decided by the designers to make an impossible to complete guardian victory on the last level, and not because of the difficulty, but because of the mechanics.
And of course the odds are stacked against you at every pace, this is a strategy game. In every command and conquer game the odds are stacked against you.
Overall, I liked the game and I would recommend it. It involves playing your cards right, keeping the important ones and sacrificing the ones that are actually meant to be sacrificed. And even to this day I'm not entirely sure the card drawing is randomized. To me it seemed fixed or at least following a certain pattern, always leaving you room for a win.
