DO NOT BUY THIS ALONE!

First check if buying Ultimate edition, which includes Season Pass 2, wouldn't be cheaper. For me this DLC alone costed 18 EUR (40% discount), while Ultimate Edition - just 12 EUR.

And for something around 10 EUR I'd say 4th skill tree and few content is OK, despite second Season Pass is weirdest idea, which I will never accept (therefore a downvote).

When comparing this game to other open world games, there will not be too many differences. Lots of activities, characters to develop, huge world, etc, etc..

But this game has a HUGE flaw - quest design. You MUST play quest first time, only THEN you know so-called gold medal requirements. And then you can re-play quest many many times until you get your gold.

And this is .. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Game don't support you in any way, there is no current statistic shown, you have to memorize it and just blindly replay and replay. You will no know you failed until you finished. And then you have to start over.

I've completed few quests, none with a gold medal on the first try (obviously this, how could you dare to think devs will make it easy for you?), then I replayed two first quests few times and I am just terribly bored.

- No fast travel.
- Too few markers on the map, e.g. I read I can rob people who used cash machine, it took me 20 min to find a first one, then 10 min nothing happening, no npc were even nearby.. I just gave up /sigh
- Very little to none _important_ instructions (e.g. how to get money, the racing require 500 to start and I only have 300, what am I supposed to do???) but so many bullsh_t ones.
- Cutscenes in widescreen are terrible.
- Launcher and whole GTA Online sh_t, where I somehow accidentally entered instead of playing game and couldn't get out... had to use CTR-ALT-DEL (because game intercept ALT-F4 lol).
- Confusing confirmations... after replaying quest: are you sure want to save game? I am not sure.. should I worry????
- No voice localization, there are plenty games of the same scale with russian voices, but not GTA5..
- Impossible to rebind keymapping.. tell me someone please, why parachute RIGHT breaks can share hotkey with something else, while parachute LEFT breaks can not???? The whole keybindgs are so terribly thought, the only worse I've seen are No Man's Sky, but GTA 5 is definitely in TOP10 games.. ><
- 18+ missions, like really, I have a 13 years old boy in another room, while I am playing the game and doing quest, where guy talks about anal sex and I am capturing video in game where 2 npc are ♥♥♥♥♥.. I expect some kind of warning before starting this mission.. a better option would be a censor (you know some blurring of sensitive parts, some text is removed together with voice if I choose in settings...)
- character movement is.. bulky at minimum: sprinting starts after delay, fist fighting is simply terrible..
- there are lots of "hidden" and not obvious keybingins, e.g. holding H to open roof on a certain cars, there are 2 "use" keys for no reasons: why distinguish between entering car and e.g. talking to npc? one key should suffice, no?

I tried to start playing this game at least 2 times already and it never catch me for long enough. If you are a new player, just skip, there are better open world games. Many from Ubisoft, also Cyberpunk 2077. I am even giving more point to Ghostwire: Tokyo, then to this game.

Avoid.

It's a sweet and short journey worth to beat once on one character, but it's totally NOT worth buying separately from Borderlands 2 game.

+ Some changes to DLC, rebalance, 2 skill points per level (1 in vanilla), access to class skill at level 2 (was at 5), various important things appears directly in DLC main city (since there is no access to other hubs), e.g. a Bank and Stash.
+ All 6 characters are available (in original game one must buy DLCs).

- Very little content, it's just 1 DLC: whole game is on like 7 maps and 3 mini-maps (city, arena and raid boss), 2 dificulties with 17 and 35 level cap.
- Despite there are few more ways to get loot the probability of getting legendary seems to be nerfed, or I am just so unlucky to get just one legendary after 20 hours and beating the game?
- There is no way to get tag-drops, e.g. a Bee shield, like it was in original game, from enemies with higher higher chances to drop it. I've tried to kill spider boss few times for achievement, but no luck with either achievement or legendary drops.
- The inventory upgrade max is 27 slots (it's upgraded for eridium which is relatively easy to obtain), which I believe is much less than it suppose to be (don't remember how much it was and can't quickly find the limit, but ~50 ?).

I don't know what audience this "new" game from Gearbox is targeting. Veteran players will beat it quickly and get bored and newcomers will not understand humor or references in dialogues. The devs should be making a new game and not wasting their time on a marketing experiments.

The previous game - Tiny Tina's Wonderland - is a standalone game in fantasy settings with huge maps and own DLCs. This game is just a small part of Borderlands 2 and releasing it as a standalone game is plain stupid idea. Good that it failed.

You know that feeling, when you press a key, but it didn't worked? That's what this game is about, nor dodge, nor block in this game is reliable. Either window is too small or I am clueless idiot..

Game is full of useless repeating animations. Want to pull this enemy? Loose 5 seconds for stupid animation. Want to just run to another area? Here we have an awesome 10 seconds of animation for you! Enjoy it each of 100 times you will be running this way!

The respawn timer for pickables is another "thing" which I think is extremely annoying. Just spend e.g. 2 hours sitting at mushroom spawn collecting mushrooms and you will have so much more health to spare when fight enemies and not to die.. Respawn too quick and you will have 0 consumables, because they are all still on the cooldown.

Some enemies respawn, some not.

Health and damage are only shown when you lock on enemy and you don't want to lock believe me, otherwise your more-less reliable back-jump become totally unreliable side-whatever, with 0.0001 ms of invulnerability and 0.0001 ms window to press later. Enjoy! Also locking when standing too far away from anything will do something weird to the camera.

Why not just show basic health bars above the enemies? Why not using a basic floating combat text? Why debuffs (like poisoning) is not visible at all and can only be discovered when looking at HP bar, located in the most furthers place on the screen?

Bear-traps are everywhere. They are hard to see and something magically reload them shortly after they go off. Exploding frogs are waiting for you.

No map, no minimap, no compas, no directions, no quests, no objectives.. which is ok, when game levels are just narrow tunnels with no background or anything.

Dim palette, dim grass, dim enemies, dim everything.. mortal hell. This game have become so many negative reviews shortly after I bought it on discount. Wait, could it be that the game is not good?

- Terrible combat: even on hardest difficulty enemies will be 90% of time in pause mode, because, well if they start shooting or executing their combo twice more often - you will be dead.
- Terrible performance: any weather effect - twice fps drop, going on the roof - twice fps drop, going inside the building and exploring narrow corridors and rooms - twice fps drop... why???
- Terrible save system: no quicksave, be prepared to loose 5 min of game time, game enjoys ambushes, often in enclosed small room, without hints.. you can manually save before encounter, once you failed it and know where it starts..
- Hardcoded keys and overlapping controls as a result, I can't navigate map with ESDF, I can't use items, all my time in this game is fighting with UI..
- Very slow paced, supernatural idiots which is scared to rush into enemies and mostly sitting behind the corner, waiting until patrol turn away, because there is nothing to improve stealth experience, but backstabbing guy with ambrella, which otherwise require 1 minute of fight is clearly worth the effort..
- Disappointing progression, the skills are generic and tuned to make player experience terrible without spending points into basic QoL stuff: e.g. faster consuming souls skill.

All the rest is OK for another boring open world game, where after each completed quest or revealed piece of map you will be asking yourself, was it worth the time?

Not recommended, unless you have really nothing else to play and this game is on a huge discount.

Overall it's a very good game, assuming you are turning off so called souls-like thingie (set difficulty to the easiest). I started playing on hardest difficulty and I still remember ~100 deaths on first elite frogg, because I didn't know how to kill normal frogs, nor I knew about elites in this game, so I was so willing to learn this game.. ><

Don't repeat my mistake, combat is terrible in this game, but the story, environment and puzzles are worth your time!

+ AAA game;
+ interesting and various puzzles;
+ good map, it works for exploration;
+ great environment, exploring is a great fun;
+ few story plots are interesting and motivating to continue playing;

- lots of small bugs, game will produce like 1 bug every 10 min or so.. devs forgot to pay testers money or why is it so terrible?
- climbing and jumping on platforms is not reliable, no matter how good you are, there is always a chance the character won't catch a rope, go through a surface he suppose to climb, didn't jump;
- combat is not reliable, try easiest difficulty and see how reliably you can do basic things: attack, dodge and using skills.. ><
- blocking/parrying often doesn't work;
- the clues for enemy attacks are terrible, the patterns are RNG (the easiest enemy can kill kill you by performing a long combo of not-blockable attacks randomly on hardest difficulty), the time to react is too little as well, I don't know who would enjoy such combat..
- the attacking is tricky, using skills is tricky and non-reliable, even at the end of game on easiest difficulty I can't do what I want to do, e.g. to use aoe-pull skill;
- the sprint (!) is not reliable and overall mouse-keyboard controls, the best skill I found is that fast attack from sprint, because it's the only fast and reliable to hit without being hit attack, yet it required sprint and I can't reliable sprint in combat!!! this is so annoying..
- chests and secrets are very generic, first gives you cosmetics (meh) and secrets only increase hp/energy by just a little bit.. you need to find all for achievements, but really, it's not fun and there is no feeling of progression as you barely become any stronger;
- bosses are not only meaty, but they spam their attack heavily and keep dodging yours.. this game is the worst souls-like game around (if you decide to give it a try) I am telling you.. you can barely oppose anything to them.. many boss fights required only taking 1/2 or even less of boss hp, so WHY THEY SHOW A HUGE bar from which you barely take anything with your hits if you are not supposed to reach 0? To annoy player, to make him feel self worthless? Good I've turned on difficulty before first boss fight.. It kept me sane, otherwise this game would deserve downvote.
- game often uses cinematic camera (e.g. move it very far away or lock to a certain object far away), it's terrible and I hate it;
- skills system is disappointing, compared to unlocking powers and getting access to new tricks, the skills are not fun, boring and very generic.. as already said they often bug to execute, the enemies are often avoid your skills (even those what cost energy).. just to give you example, you unlock throw lightsaber, then unlock further reach.. and you can't hit ranged staying just 1 block above you with it! there is no skill what change gameplay or guarantee an easy encounter.. no, it's always RNG: will the skill work, will the enemy attack and interrupt you, will the enemy evade/parry.. I never know.
- non skippable cutscenes.. you have to always watch nice landing animation, no matter how many hundreds of times you already saw it.
- the scenario plot, where you get jailed.. is also in this game.. why? because every game should have an annoying moment, where your stuff is taken from you and you are without your weapon.. how about making it more than once? SURE THING, this game does it! enjoy ><
- huge birds.. there are two of them.. just /sigh Do I even want to experience those again? NO. Please NO!
- no fast travel, is a big minus when I just want to quickly leave the planet after doing something specific or quickly reach a certain part of the planet to explore it fully.. but no, you have to run around on your feets..
- slow elevators, too much of squeezing through some cracks/doors;
- no good torchlight lol, certain areas have poorly arranged lights/shaders and are way too dark;
- the "training mode", where you can try to learn various things only become available after beating the game.. stupid, this game basically required a target dummy for each enemy to train, better cues to see when enemy attacks, etc.. there is nothing.

I wish there were more planets, more tombs to explore with puzzles, more characters and less generic lore.. I wish the chests were full of wearable items to tune my build.. I wish I enjoy traveling between planets, fighting enemies.. I wish there were random encounters (not just 2 elite mobs) with rewards.. I wish there were more of content.. I wish the universe lives..

but not.. it's quite straightforward and relatively short adventure, mini Tomb Raiders in Far Far Galaxy.. ><

but I also enjoyed it most of time, so will you.. probably.

Rushy release deserves a rushy downvote. I am joining to other negative reviews: the game is totally unpolished, clunky and far away from release quality.

This kind of release means just one thing: devs gave up. They don't have funds, ideas, man power, whatever to make this game a game.

Nothing good here, only bad.

Don't buy of course. Game doesn't even has basic Steam functions like achievement and steam cards.

One among the most "boring" clickers I've played.

- It's not free and there is no ingame shop (read - no boosters, no way to speed up extremely slow progress);
- No afk/away gain, the application has to run to progress;
- There is no even sound notification for events, means you can't play it while watching video - you will loose a lot of progress by not clicking golden cookies;
- There are lots of unlockable mini-games, which are absolutely not fun, with poor UI;
- Game can't remember filters between restarts, can't save on closing (you need to click "quit and save" button in settings), its window maximize itself on start and don't remember its position.

I was running this game for several days together with another clicker, which I enjoy much more and can recommend, it's called Tap Ninja. Don't buy this game, it's outdated, it has poor UI and implementation. It doesn't even create backup file when auto-saving progress and there are countless posts on steam forums about lost progress.

I don't know why I bought this game, but I regret.

No ultrawide support, no keybindings (e.g. to toggle inventory or number keys to activate item), no custom keybindings (hardcoded WASD to move)..
