It's not fun, it's clear that the Skyrim/Fallout 4 open world/engine does not work at all in a space exploration game. This could have been better with a few fully flushed out solar systems rather than a hundred.
Not to mention performance is bad even on high end systems.

I'd rather play a heavily modded Skyrim or even Fallout 4 than this since the gameplay is basically the same anyways, just Skyrim and Fallout 4 are better.

- People are bullet sponges no matter the caliber.
- Self Revive needs to be removed or made less common.
- Footsteps are inaudible to the point you can't hear enemies on top of you.
- Laggy servers.
- Frequent crashes.
- Frequent bugs, especially when in party.

Until these get fixed I can't possibly recommend it.

It's a good game, shame it went the EA route and added ~$150 worth of "stuff packs" rather than bundle it with bigger DLC.

EDIT: Seems like it also refuses to launch when offline. A game with no online play is forcing me to be online.

You need to spend insane hours grinding for that heist house. Then you need to spend more insane hours grinding heists to unlock the rest of the content (bunkers, hangars, etc) to do the related missions. Obviously if you want a good car you need to spend even more insane hours of grinding.

But it can all be bypassed with Shark Cards. You just need to give Rockstar more money on top of the $60 launch price.

Not that online play is even recommended. Free Roam is plagued with hackers and modders. To make matters even worse, Rockstar have released flying cars and motorbikes that can and will grief you during Free Roam and Free Roam missions. Obviously they also cost millions which requires insane grind. It's basically a legal way of hacking.

The crafting and character progression/maintenance is overwhelming. There is so much stuff, and have you taken a look at the character vitality screen? It's too much.

The only good part in this game is the character creation which is probably the best I have seen natively in any game, ever.

The gameplay itself is not very fun. The UI is kind of confusing since it deviates so wildly from any other MMOs I have played.

Although I did put "not recommended" it's more in the middle seeing as it's cheap and some people will without a doubt enjoy this game.

With these two major updates to the game it became clear to me that Sony must have forced HG to release the game in its broken form. I believe HG intended to have all of these features in the base game, but didn't have time.

I have regained trust in HG after these two major updates. They have proven that they are willing to work on the game. It is slowly getting better with each update and hopefully will continue doing so.

HOWEVER: I would not recommend buying it with the current pricetag unless you have money to spare. Wait for a sale or wait until the game is more complete and more worthy of the pricetag.

It's a fun game and I have really enjoyed playing it, but there are some issues:

- Even with a i7 6700k, MSI GTX1070 and 16GB of RAM, I can't maintain 60 fps, let alone 144. With three cars in the garage my fps will drop to 40. This isn't a big issue since when working on a single car the fps is fine.

- I get frequent freezes, usually when the game tries to load something. I don't know what causes this but I have to force the game to close which has reset my progress by several fixed cars a few times. This is also easily avoidable by saving frequently, but it's still really annoying.

There are also some minor nuisances. For example, I'd love a feature that would let you mass-order all the missing parts instead of buying each part individually.

Other than that I do recommend the game if you have the interest for this kind of thing.

I was excited for this when it came out because it had better graphics than deer hunter and was more realistic, I guess. It might be free, but as I understood, you have to PAY to be able to shoot more than one animal, which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
