A great game with some issues. The performance at release has been a big point of contention, with the newest patch performace has seen a decent boost but perhaps not big enough for some. The microtransactions are worthless and not worth mentioning.
As for the game itself it´s good. It´s essentially Dragons dogma again but with some changes. There are less equipment options(gloves and boots are gone), with gear having less stats like, "+2 strenght", the back gear is almost useless since the immunity stats are almost nonexistent, rings are also less varied and don´t have specific ability enhancers like in dark arisen so you most likely will just go for strenght/magic and stamina/weight.
The world is way bigger than dark arisen and a bit more varied but not much. It´s mostly green rocky hills. Beutiful but it could get tireing after a while. The story is hidden in the side quests and while interesting the overall plot and lore from the franchice gets a bit sidelined and not really fleshed out, will have to do your own digging for that one.
It may sound negative but the core of the series is still intact which is the immersion and sense of exploration of a living medieval fantasy land with fun combat and job vocations. I will thumb it up because I had a ton of fun despite my nitpicking, for anyone else I would say wait for a sale but don´t overlook it theres a good game here that deserves to be experienced.

Underrated title with an unfortunate release date. If you like big dusty wastelands, religious motorheads, blood and violence and some spiky cars this is the game for you. It deserves a sequel.

Great remake, the guys at Nightdive have done it. Despite all of the delays the wait was worth it. Can´t wait to see what they do with system shock 2 and system shock 3.

Save your money and wait a year. The game is unfinished with a lot of bad faith monetization schemes. The game has terrible A.I if you are interested in solo play and the multiplayer is only quick matches with no actual consequences as of right now. Official leagues will come around May and community tools around August.

Play Blood Bowl 2 instead.

Slow download, server overloads and can´t even fetch game data. Don´t bother look for something else.

If you like King´s Field or any immersive first person dungeon crawler give it a shot. Lots of potential.

It´s a good game, just not on the level of Dishonored or Prey. The "loop" is satisfying and uncovering the ways on how to break it are good. It makes you look around and listen to conversations and read documents.
In terms of the overall package it could be better. Arkane have something here if they want to expand on it and give it a little more oomph, like making a true roguelite or adding a real time clock.
Now in terms of performance it´s all over the place, for a game that has decent textures and it´s stylized to have such high requirements and run so badly is somethign else. It definetly needs some more optimization that´s for sure.
I will give it a thumbs up because I had fun with it even if the game is a bit short. I would wait for a discount and until some issues have been irioned out.
