Save your money and wait a year. The game is unfinished with a lot of bad faith monetization schemes. The game has terrible A.I if you are interested in solo play and the multiplayer is only quick matches with no actual consequences as of right now. Official leagues will come around May and community tools around August.

Play Blood Bowl 2 instead.

Thanks for taking the time and sharing your honest thoughts with us. We greatly appreciate your feedback.

We are sorry to see that the way monetization is introduced was not to your liking. We realize that it can be a touchy subject in the gaming community. We'd like to clarify, however, that most of the rewards can be claimed for free, by simply playing the game. The premium items are purely cosmetic, so they are in no way tied to any form of player power. 

Recently we have updated the way monetization works. From now on, common, rare, and epic items will now unlock for unlimited use on players that share the position. You can read more here: https://gtm.you1.cn/storesteam/news/app/1016950/view/3678915891718337191

We believe that players' feedback is extremely important, and that's why we decided to implement the change regarding monetization. We are hopeful that it can make you play the game again. If not, we understand your decision.

We will also forward your feedback concerning the AI as well, as we are looking into improving all of the aspects of Blood Bowl 3.

We hope you can give Blood Bowl 3 another chance soon.
