i can't teach you on how to play Xcom, i spend over 300 hours in it trying to get that achievement; i failed so many times but finally i got it, it's all about tactics For Example; i use three guys with rocket launchers, two snipers, and one medic this combination works for me;
Plus don't forget to install Mods from Nexus for proper classic Difficulty. I hope it answers yuor quastion.
