Despite having to play as a femoid still a great game. I feel the grind amount is a big long though

Terrible new player introduction. Nothing I hate more than when games ONLY cater to their long term veterans. I start up the game and a bunch of crap just pops up from all angles, then I go to campaign and it's not even clear what order the campaigns should be done in. Which is the first one? Which one contains the tutorial? Who knows? Closed it, wasn't worth more investigating.

Despite the fact you can’t make a white guy and there is a tr00n working at the tavern, it still manages to be the Harry Potter game we’ve always deserved. It deserves a thumbs up for having no MTX alone. It fantastically captures the nostalgia of hogwarts and is amazingly detailed with satisfying combat and well thought out systems. Would highly recommend despite poor PC performance. Also, did I mention IT HAS NO MTX!

Every time I play this game I quit only into the second area because the grind is incredibly long and the travel time is huge.

The overwhelmingly positive reviews puzzle me to no end. I think it's mostly the Chinese masses upvoting this thing. As a fond player of Factorio, Satisfactory, etc, I found this game to be very amateurish. Nothing ever aligned well, outputs and rates were never well defined, the way things fit together feels clunky, etc.

Does gearing and progression better than the majority of "AAA" RPG's.

$60 worth of DLC and skins. No thanks.

Game won't start on windows 11. Also, the games mechanics aren't nearly tight enough for the hard difficulty. The game rarely registers your button presses. The difference between sprint and normal is so minimal you can't tell which you're doing. The boss fights are infuriating.The checkpoints are way too separated. The idea of level scaling mobs is probably one of the worst design decisions I've ever seen implemented in a game like this because it means if you can't beat something, there is nothing you can do to improve your chances because as soon as you upgrade your gear the mobs will also go up in level.

Good game for the price. Not enough content for more than it's currently listed however.
