Fun turnbased gameplay coupled with good, difficulty settings makes for a great challenging campaign. You will struggle, but the game does have some rubberbanding mechanics that can keep you in the game. The dlc add further interesting characters and especially the assassins make for a lot of interesting variation.
Enjoy, if you're into turn-based tactical games and in for a challenge.

Fun game for multiplayer. A lot less of a hassle than playing it offline and you can easily switch people in and out

Happy to see more immersive events. Playing as kids is always a fun thing for me and it has felt a little lackluster in the past. Thank for for this well-priced DLC. If Royal court had some more events it might have been more liked, even at its pricepoint.

This game is for people that innocently like grand strategy games with some roleplay aspects. You start out as a relatively normal ruler and ascend to kinghood, only to find out that your wife has been cheating on you. Because of this, you decide to murder the bastard, only to get blackmailed for it. You finally manage to attain a second kingdom title only to find out your wife is cheating on you again. And then, before you can actually secure the emperor title you die of syphilis given to you by your wife. Your sons inherit each kingdom, the realm splits apart. You then continue playing as "your" offspring, only to have all your vassals conspire against you because of short reign penalties. They proceed to rebel against you. You're now a duke again. Congratulations. Start again. Will you be able to defeat your little brother in the neighbouring kingdom? Or will you just wait and unite the kingdoms by having your son marry his daughter?

Ninja semi-sentient robots in space controlled by psionic kids. What more can i say?

Had heard a lot about this game, but looking at the pictures thought it was quite overhyped. Well, Sseth's review motivated me to finally try it out and holy hell, it's amazing. Give it a try.

This game is very fun. Lovely and has a wholesome characfamily relationship.
Extra points for local multiplayer. So if you have a controller and a friend, you're gonna have an amazing time.

Tl;dr: game is a phone game and has critical bugs on pc, both from a graphics and gameplay perspective. It's very fun on a phone, but be very careful with purchase on steam.

I originally found this game on the gamescom and was pleased. Then i got it on steam and it kept bugging out. I had even bought some dlc for it, but 2 particular everpresent bugs ruined that experience for me, as enemies were neither properly displayed, nor were their values accurate. I never managed to finish a single run in this, due to enemies having millions of hp.
I later got it on my phone and played it for a fair bit for a very enjoyable experience and a ton of fun. I recently thought about it and noticed i had deleted it from my phone in favor of my academic performance. So i bought the dlc again aaaand... the bugs are still present. Over a year gone by and the critical bugs are still constantly reported and not fixed. Cannot recommend playing this on a pc.

Very enjoyable multiplayer boardgame. A lot of boardgames loose a lot to bad programming. Not so this game. This game is feels enriched by the online options, with nice music and cute and flavourful graphics enhancing the experience. The game both immerses you in your role as oligarch, while still keeping up the feeling of a normal boardgame. Play with friends for maximum enjoyment.
