Great game, finally made accessible to the public by implementing many UI and graphical improvements.

Dwarf fortress is an extremely fun game with a great community. If you are curious give it a try !

I have had to delete game files multiple times in order to play the game, it regularly breaks and has reset my custom keybinds 3 times. I'm sure it will eventually be a decent game but as of now I believe it should be out with an early access advisory tag.

Playing in early access, what is available is very polished. The interface is super clean, and combat is enjoyable, as well as authentic to DnD 5e. The way the game handles ability checks, and dialogue is specifically fantastic. It makes each dialogue feel like a party conversation unlike other CRPG's where one character talks to the NPC while the rest of the party is non-existent until the specific dialogue ends.

Small edit: I usually don't like dwarf models in games, but these are the best damn dwarfs I have ever seen.

I would recommend this game, with the understanding that it is a 15$ early access title.

The combat is polished, however many skill trees are unavailable in beta.

The current version has 2 towns, and 4 major quests, and I found one unique point of interest.

After 7 hours as a pyromancer all available content is trivial. I will be re-rolling to try another playstyle.

There is so much potential in this game, if the developers continue to add to it, and populate the world with more quests, NPC's, and unique points I would pay AAA prices for it. At 15$ in it's current state I would say buy if you like the way it look's but don't expect heaps of content for a reasonable amount of time it is early access. What is there feels really polished, fun, and I am hopeful for the future of this title.

PS: in full release please add some form of fast travel between places you have already been
