Payday 2 might be described as a cross between Left 4 Dead and Counter-Strike. You and 3 of your friends can attempt over 15 heists ranging from armored transport take-downs and mall destruction, to your regular old bank robbery.

Since release OVERKILL has added several maps, guns, and skins to keep the game active, and they have 3 more lined up for the future.

Now what I think about the game.
First off, there are very few problems that happen with the game. Granted they have fixed some parts since release but it basically always works. It is optimized well so many computers can run it without a problem and getting connected to your friends is amazing easy with steam.

The mechanics are new and exciting and basically flawless. From throwing a bag into an escape van to shouting your teammate back to health the skill trees and actions you can take all make sense.

I will say, sometimes the missions can get repetitive but the locations of the mission priorities is always random so it is quite replayable. I've put almost 400 hrs in so far and am only just getting to Infamy 2 level 100. Yes it has a "prestige" system.
