Knäck ett ägg över het stekpanna. Samla vitan så att ägget inte blir för spretigt. Salt och peppar efter smak.
Lägg i en grillkorv, gärna litet hetare med bitar av chili i.
Ta ett tunnbröd ur frysen. Skiva ost över hela tunnbrödets yta.
När ägg och korv börjar bli färdiga, lägg tunnbrödet in i het ugn tills osten smält.
Lägg upp ägget och korven på osten, en sträng ketchup och en sträng senap över korven.
Fortsätt montera två rejäla skedar räksallad.
Rulla ihop tunnbrödet medans osten ännu är varm och fungerar som lim- och tät-massa.
Ät under andakt.
