Please team up with Unknown Worlds and make Subsidenautica VR

Only tried this in VR. Paired with a haptic vest this goes well towards something Iv'e been looking for, similar to apps like Soundscape or some VRChat rooms, it has various audio reactive environments.
If I could not use my own playlist, it wouldn't be worth mentioning but I can play my own songs and have the rooms lighting go quite well with the music.
There are some bugs, interface could be improved and performance is not too smooth either, however I can't think of any apps trying to do this that does it better.
It took a while to get past the 'Accept' menu alone being prompted to use the right stick to scroll but finding I have to use trigger to pull the scroll bar down manually. Content is great. I hope it has some updates to these minor issues though.
I haven't got a clue what over half of the technical functions do but there's enough for a simpleton like me to have a great time immersed in basically my own DJ set.

Much better than I was expecting.

The detail in the environments are super high fidelity.

The audio/ASMR is really fitting, not in any way intrusive to the immersion.

Iv'e played a lot of VR fighting games and this is right on top tier.

Ranged or magic is actually useful and fun.

Melee and even unarmed mechanics function really well.

Campaign seems long and challenging by default. I have no idea how much of it is left to go but Iv'e cleared the first set on the board.

Mods are implemented well. Fight Predator or Puss in Boots. Custom weapons can be spawned in the dungeon or appear as loot if enabled making it as easy to complete as wanted.

Using agility abilities you can usually find areas in each arena where you can rest or throw weapons from.

The parkour is great. I'd like to see more randomly generated areas with climbing involved as the same few have appeared to frequently to notice. I don't know if there will be mods that can add rooms to dungeons or if they will get future updates but it's still loads of great content.
Also it would be cool to have mod support for enemies that can shoot but giving time to dodge as custom bosses are excellent to fight and the only thing they clearly cannot do is ranged apart from throwing bombs or daggers.

Overall much better and deeper than expected and the price is a lot lower than its worth.

This game provides an incredibly uncomfortable and stressful experience.

One of the best VR games Iv'e played

The graphics are good. The sky box texture is out of place with low quality textures though.
The impact from the gun feels excellent and some quality rag doll physics adding to immersion.

I find the melee is a bit awkward and may need some practise. You have to be quick and not miss on the first swipe otherwise you will definitely take damage. You cannot safely grab the enemy S&S style which is fine but worth noting.
Successfully stabbing one and pushing it off the blade does look cool though.

It's like an escape room sim in transitioning between sections but not quite as complex or difficult. There contains small hints in the form of the character grunting when in an area of significance to progress.

There is sufficient variety in each section to encourage progression and makes for a really fun and rewarding experience.

One of the best VR experiences out there.
I have not tried it in flat screen.

Buy some glow sticks and go in Solo asylum for a great time.

More HL:3 than Alyx, still the best overall VR tech demo so far after a good couple of years now.
Boneworks still plays like a brand new release mid '21.
