It's a beautiful game with lots of potential, but currently hampered by a rather bland gameplay loop. The world feels empty with civilians disappearing if you turn your back too long, a traffic AI that constantly gets into traffic jams because it doesn't understand how to drive, and plenty of large beautifully detailed buildings that you can't go into (or if you can, only one room is actually open).

And none of that is counting the numerous bugs, inconsistent voice acting (the voices themselves are good, just given bad direction like having shouting back and forth during stealth sections 10 feet from enemies), and poor skill balancing

I plan on coming back in a couple of months, but right now it's just too unfinished to hold my interest.
