I keep getting disconnects from the game when i play with my friends.
That could be a problem with my computer or network but you never know.

Then again the Gameplay isn't that great, the user interface and the interaction with civillians and other npcs is really pretty bad. If you ever played Splinter Cell you'll be greatly disappointed. That means that stealth really isn't that much of an option, at least not on low levels, since it just won't work properly.

Update 2:

It's running pretty good the last few times I played it and I have no more connection issues. Only thing I don't like is the constant reminding and other stupid talk during the missions. It's pretty annoying!

Otherwise definitely recommended for Coop play!

Update: Gameplay is actually pretty decent, if you get the hang of it.

But the connections issues have really just multiplied since the last 2-3 days. I really cannot play anymore, since I can barely stay 3 minutes in a coop game with my friends.

And srsly, I only bought it to play with friends.
