One of the best HL2 multiplayer mods out there.

✓ Superb map architectures and aesthetics
✓ Decent sound design
✓ Excellent soundtracks
✓ Solid weapon mechanics
✓ You'll lose your mag on weapon reload
✓ Hardcore oriented gameplay (prepare to die) and somewhat slow paced combat style
✓ Cyber-punk themed features (special vision modes, invisibility camo, cyborgs, etc.)
✓ Tactical voice chat, fitting the intricate map design and leaning around corners

✘ Source code is lost: glitches are here to stay
✘ People not recommending the game based on their immaturity and ignorance

A very solid multiplayer game with its load of glitches which can't be fixed anymore (unfortunately) but still very enjoyable in its state.

Here's hoping for a revamped Neotokyo in the Source 2 engine someday...
