As a big time fan of all things dystopian sci fi , someone who has loved sci fi and played pen and paper cyberpunk back in the day you would think this game was made for me . I put it on my wishlist as soon as i noticed it on steam. Waited for it . I was barely able to get just a few missions in . I cannot understand the positivity surrounding this game. I know this is someone's work and obviously people seem to enjoy it so i am going to try and respect that. But within the first couple deliveries i was struggling to not uninstall it . Just my opinion but this felt very generic , the story , the voice acting . the npc voices were like finger nails on chalk boards , the redneck voice for the vegan noodle salesman i purchased a drink from was the nails in the coffin for me when it came to voice acting . the humor didn't land , the dog ai was annoying. the gameplay is non existent . so pretty , from a visual standpoint the game is nicely done . past that it is just one generic cliche after another in rapid fire format . i couldn't deal with it . i think i want my money back.

I just played this for 10 hours strait on day one of me playing it . I don't know what else to say except the only reason i am stopping is i have to go to bed for work . Careful this game is addictive.

One quick negative . played through it , crashed at the end of the final cut scene. couldn't get the credits and ending achievement . looked it up . known issue . found a work around by deleting a file and restarting steam. the fact this is still a thing and can ruin the end of a long hard game for people is nuts to me . oh one other negative the wife on the radio is annoyingly dramatic and long winded.
BUT HOLD UP ! this game is really really really good over all. This has been my hands down favorite survival game and I can't wait to search out alternate endings and do the Amazonian stuff now. Hoping for another game in the future like maybe one in a desert , snow , or something . Brown or Red or White Hell lol. gib more hells please and stories of suffering. So pleased with this game . so good.

This game has come a long way , i can't believe how much they give to people for free now. you can get hundreds of hours out of this game and still be having fun or trying to get something finished you wanted . plays good , the paid content is nice and adds to the game but it almost feels optional when you think about what all you have access to for free with no gimmicks to make you buy. i just wish it did a better job of telling people where everything to do is .

I played this when it launched on ps4 for about 50 or so hours, then i went back for a couple updates. it got better each time . but i recently come back to it on PC to try Beyond . and i am very happy with this game now . this is great ! been stuck on it all week and still excited for more . can't wait to see what they do after beyond and still have so much to do right now. at nearly 40 hours this past week i feel like i have barely scratched the surface of what the game offers now .

14 hours in so far , which isn't a lot but it is still a real start . im hooked, watch'n all the neebs conan videos for laughs and enjoying every minute so far . i wish more friends would come play with me because they are missing out . much more fun than i expected . it isn't for people who do not enjoy building and gathering tho. if you like that you will be rewarded with cool combat and real risk and reward for a bit , but if you just hate building and gathering i do not think you will enjoy it no matter how good it is .
