Very enjoyable, good for an afternoon read. The general interface was a bit boreing to look at after a long time but with that said your only reading so its perfectly functional. The story arc i had was fun and i found it went in a direction i expected overall, but only because of the choices i was making. The story does do a good choice of reflecting what you choose.

Would play again for a different story arc, considering a movie ticket is 6-7 times (in Australia) the price i paid (3 USD) i feel the last 2 hours of my life were entertaining and for good value. Recommend playing at least once.

Really Enjoyable game, much like Aerofighter / Raiden, dodge bullets, shoot enemy's, fight bosses, get a good score. The graphics and art style are really Really Impressive, while its hard to concentrate on the scenery while dodging hundreds of bullets this game is an absolute pleasure to watch.

This game, unlike most scrolling shoot'ems has a "Time Limit" mechanic, that is both forgiving and enraging, as long as you have time you can't technically die (exception being crushed or run of screen edge). But if you run out of time... that's it, your dead. and there are many a complex segment of time consuming dodging required where you will do little shooting but be concentrating on not being hit.

The Story is original and engaging, you actually play as a variety of characters / planes through the duration of the game, following the different parties quests for revenge. Frequent cut-scenes / Break Sections make it more than just a simple shooter. while Boss training, Level select (after completion of story) allow the hardcore bullet hell players to have a run for their money and or rage inducing perfectionism.

I picked it up on special some time ago and only really installed it / Played it properly this week. as far as games go these days and depending on what people get for what they pay for I would give this game 5 stars and recommend owning. Would happily Start up and play again over and over, which is more than can be said for half the games on my steam library.

TL:DR 5-Star, Worth it, Generously Fun, Challenging but fair.

Broken game, core, CORE mechanics are dysfunctional or for all purposes just not there, even 10+ patches in, this game is a dishonest money grab from what was once a very reputable company. After 1 hour of game play and 3 hours of trying to get the game to actually work, I am so disillusioned with Egosoft I will probably NEVER buy another of their games (exception being X3 series <---Awesome ).

Do NOT buy

The game itself is good, but the keyboard controls are really quite unresponsive, not a very good port from Xbox to PC. The keyboard controls ars so bad i wish i could Unbuy the game.
