Best game of its type ever. The game is exactly what the devs wanted it to be, a rare accomplishment.

Good game. Enough depth that it has some complexity but not so much that you have to relearn to play each time you pick it up. One of those games that, if it is your type of game, you will play for a day or two a few times a year after you play through the campaign.

Very good modern rogue-like, like any good rogue-like it is hard, but rewarding when you manage to get further then you had before.

The selling points for this game are simple, its difficult with out being frustrating, the atmosphere and game play combine very well making the game very relaxing to play, until you get eaten by a wolf. The weak points are few, the one that needs mentioning is how fighting a wolf hand to hand needs a revamp. It feels off and clunky, clicking fast is not a game mechanic that fits in a cerebral game. The point of the wolves is that you avoid them, so if you are fighting one hand to hand then you already failed in a way, this does help cover up this weak mechanic, but it could be made to fit better into the feel of the game while still making MMA'ing a wolf a very bad idea. This is one of those weakness in a game that a revamp could be made into a selling point, you might not want to get chewed on, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that mechanic almost makes it worth it.

Very good single player game. Simple concept with a great deal of room to grow. This is the alpha release, and as it stands right now it is worth purchasing and playing even if the devs fall off the face of the earth and never update it again.
