I got it free for having Ultimate Scam edition, but this DLC for the price and the fact that you get 10 new buildings and 4 new trees, without even being able to actually make a visual beachfront as there are no landscaping tools to do this, is a joke and insult to customers who have to buy it separate

You get the Bay Bridge yes, but the base game is the main problem

Game is pretty good and should have more controversial current events as side-missions lol

Biggest scam of 2023, fake marketing campaign, gasligting by content creators, devs calling the community toxic, creating a Streisand effect that actually made the community toxic and split up, all the simulation mechanics are fake and do not matter in the gameplay, performance was horrible at launch, now it is bearable, still full of crashes, no mod support at launch, took 6 months to get official mods but in beta, without steam workshop support

10/10 would enter Xen and cry again!
